Spotify - desktop app on Windows 10 - Issues when taller than 1200px

Spotify - desktop app on Windows 10 - Issues when taller than 1200px

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone else is seeing the same issues.

Setup: Spotify on Windows 10 (Insider build.  Currently creators update, but has been this way for months).  Spotify has gone through many updates while this issue has persisted.

I'm on a SP4, docked with two monitors flanking it either side, the SP4 is portrait, at 200% scaling -- So 1824*2736 raw res, 912*1368 apparent resolution.  I've also put one of the external displays to portrait to test, and saw the same.

When Spotify is larger than 1200px tall the bottom of the application is cut off, and does not render at all.  If you click the correct spot for where an element should be it will funtion though.

The attached images tell the story better than I can.

First is just showing the issue to a small degree.

Second is what I see when Spotify is maximised.  I've added the numbers, if I click roughly where these are it will play/pause; go to next track; or previous track.

Third was an experiment taking a screenshot of whole current window... The window is still being treated as being there, just blank (Never managed to cause that grey before!)

Since it's such a specfic number (1200px) I suspect it's something that's been coded in, possibly accidentally.

Wondering if anyone else is seeing this before I go reinstalling?  Easiest way  to test is take a 1080p monitor, flip it portrait in Windows settings and see if Spotify goes past 1200px
