My Question or Issue

So yesterday I was going through files to decided what to delete, as I has way too much on my harddrive. I ran some of them to see what they were, and about 30 mins in I decided to listen to music on Spotify. But when I opened the app nothing worked. It said I have no friends, even though I'm following 3 people. It also said I had no saved music, and even though it showed all my playlists, there was nothing in any of them. The search works, but if I try to play a song that I search, it shows up with a black and gray record icon, unknown playtime length, and unknown name. And doesn't play either. I think one of the files I ran may have done something to it, but since I don't have a clue what the file was, or where it came from, (tbh, I really don't know, it was at least 4 years old) I don't really know how to fix it. Is there a way to recover the app? I've tried reinstalling the Windows 10 Store version, and the one from the Spotify website 4 times, and they both do the same thing. Only the Web Player works like it should. I don't know if anyone has had this issue before, as I've never heard of it, but I'm sure someone out there has at some point. Any ideas?

P.S. As for the attached image, that is a screenshot of my liked songs playlist, which has 361 songs. Or at least it should. And on the far right where it says find friends, there should be 5, but there isnt. Even after connecting spotify to facebook.
