Spotify doesn't play any music and my playlists have no music in them

I've been using Spotify for years now and for a while I've had this problem where I could only play music in my playlists. In order to play other music I'd have to reinstall the app, then I could play new music and add new music to my playlists.

I just reinstalled Spotify to add some new songs,  and now reinstalling hasn't fixed the problem. I've reinstalled the app 3 or 4 times and now not only can I not play music but most of my playlists bar one show no music in them at all.

The playlist in the screenshot previously had over 2000 songs in it.

HELP!!

i have the exact same problem, even as a paid member. just use the web app, there's really nothing you can do. I've reinstalled it several time too/log out then log in/even restart my device when it works perfectly fine with other programs running. unless Spotify really take this matter seriously there's nothing LITERALLY we can do.
