Spotify doesn't skip song when it says We're not able to play this video in your current location

I'm using Spotify desktop in Windows 10.  Some videos won't play and give error "We're not able to play this video in your current location".  I don't mind that but Spotify does nothing after showing this error.  Should it not advance to next song instead of just sitting there?  Come on Spotify!
