Spotify flicker with inbeded video clips

My Question or Issue:

my native 144hz monitor that wich is powerd by a nvidia card,

starts to flicker, in fullscreen mode!

(shortcut key to toggle playback screen-size in spotify?)

my only choice is to hit alt+F4, as alt tab wont do.

(this happens when i play album "Tim: the extended story" first track is a video-clip. 

i saw an old thread about flickering, and there was talk about monitors and graphixcards - but i could not reply to it.

so im posting to let y'all know there is a problem with "hardware acceleration"..

and also to let you know there is one fix and maybe 2

possible fix, 

start spotify desktop, then connect with mobile/app and change "song", to an actuall song(?).. change the video.. restart window app.

fix that worked for me:

lower widows monitor refresh rate

right now, i put it windows@85hz , and i could even play the videoclip on said album.

 i could troubleshoot by being able to disabled spotify "hardware acceleration" and

then reset windows hz to 144hz and just enjoy both my ears and eyes!
