Spotify freezes - HELP!

Description

Plays a song or two then freezes, normally on the web app this is where an ad plays

Did a reinstall help?

No

Has anything else helped at all?

If I kill all servcies and restart it works fine.

Could you first try seeing if logging into another account on the device where you're experiencing the issue solves it for you?

In any case, we recommend you perform a clean reinstall following the steps outlined here. This tends to solve a lot of common issues with the app.

If that doesn't work, please could you provide us with the exact Spotify version that you are on?
