My Question or Issue

Connect is not working, windows 10 behaves as if it is logged into a different account. This started happening after the recent update. I would prefer Connect worked rather than being able to play 2 different tracks from the same account. Please help!

Hey @FallOfAll,

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Just to confirm, do you still experience the same after logging out everywhere and logging back in to your account on your Windows 10? Here’s how to log out of all web browsers, computers, tablets, and mobile devices at once:

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Click SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE

Note: This doesn’t include partner devices, such as Sonos and PlayStation. To log out of (or unlink) Spotify from a partner device, check the device’s manufacturer guide.

Let us know how you get on. We'll be here if there's anything else we can help with!

Yes, I've just done this, and now I'm successfully playing from both my phone and PC still.

Though my Xbox, Fitbit and Steamdeck (BaRaider) are all synced. (Note: My Streamdeck is syncing with my phone but not the PC it is connected to)

Is there a way to clear Spotify for Win10's user data without uninstalling the application?

OK, update, reinstalled to windows did not help either.
