Spotify injects an old, removed playlist into every current playlist, album, and daily mix.

My Question or Issue

Short:
I created a long playlist. Since that moment Spotift injects that playlist into EVERY playlist, album, and daily mix as the next song to play.

Long version:
I came accross a series of albums which I liked. So I created a playlist, adding around 20 albums.
Almost from that moment on, Spotify injects THAT playlist directly after every first song of any album, playlist, or daily mix.
The albums, playlists, and daily mix initially shows the right songs, but when the next song comes, it's a song of that new playlist.

Of course I have removed that new playlist, but Spotify KEEPS pushing the songs as the next to play.
The problems persists on the Windows 10 software, as well as on Adroid.

What I have done:
* Reinstall the Spotify app on Windows, as well as on Android.
* Turned of "Autoplay similar songs..."

I'm really lost here, I can't play mt playlists anymore, every album is messed, and my 'daily mixes' are worthless.
