Spotify is not playing any music.

Hello i got problem with my spotify, when i want to play music on my PC is not responding and the only thing that happens is that what u can see on the screenshot. How i can repair this?

Could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? If that doesn't help, can you let me know the exact device name and the Operating System?

Reinstall didn't help. I got Windows 7 Professional N 64 bit.
