Spotify is not responding even though it is working just fine

So just recently, whenever I shut my computer down and boot it back up and all the apps that are set to start during os startup like chrome and spotify, I get this message from spotify, which is actually a windows error window with no error code, that says "Spotify is not responding" or the likes. I don't have it up currently as I closed the window out but that's the gist of what it says. The problem here though is that spotify is working just fine. It occurs just as spotify is starting up. So maybe there's some driver that's having issues? Maybe it has to do with it starting up during os startup? After that, spotify continues to load and it works just fine. I'm just curious as to whether this is a bigger issue than it actually is or if it's just a small bug that has no further issues or implications.

To me that sounds like an issue with your computer's startup files and not with the spotify app itself. You could try redownloading Spotify and that could potentially solve the problem. If not I would check the startup files and see if anything looks weird there.

Oh I totally forgot about that. I just assumed it was spotify. But yeah, I'll report back after I try that!

 Just booted my computer up. Same thing happened. I reinstalled spotify before shutting down. It still gives the same message.
