Spotify just play for 30 seconds then stop

Hi, unfortunatly it was immpossible to send a message with your **bleep** system. I decided after more than one hour spent for nothing here to change. I'll stop using Spotify and will go to Deezzer.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your app, i would love to provide  some optional support steps.

In order to do that, it would be great if you could answer the following :

- Are you experiencing the same issue with other devices ?

- Which device performs this error or issue ?

- Please mention your Spotify version

A very simple step the might solve this issue is to perform a clean reinstall of the app as suggested on this support page.

Furthermore, in most cases it takes a few updates checks, so please make sure that your OS and audio drivers are updated.
