Spotify keeps jumping song. My patience finished cancelled account

My Question or Issue

Spotify keeps jumping to next song after some time playing one. It happens randomly but I discovered that when the Web Spotify appears in the devices section appears this problem appears even if I select the spotify software and not the browser. It comes and goes without logic. Support was also of no help to solve the proble so I cancelled the account. Hope they solve this issue in the future. In the meantime I will look for another solution to listen to music
