Spotify needs to be connected to WiFi. It's always been connected.

Spotify needs to be connected to WiFi. It's always been connected.

For the first time, Spotify on my desktop appears as a black and gray image, and I am unable to get the regular (green) look back. "Help" tells me to reconnect to WiFi, after clicking & unclicking the "offline" mode. But I cannot get it to work.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in?

We'd recommend giving this a try on a different network as well, for example you can start a hotspot of your phone and use that network and see if that issue still persists.

 

In case it does, could you post some screenshots of your experience with the Desktop app? This will help us better understand what exactly is going on.
