Spotify not playing on PC, only mobile

Several weeks now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

This type of issue is usually related to some damaged cache stored on your device from previous versions.

We understand you've already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling. However, we'd like to suggest a clean reinstall as this is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If the issue persists, would you mind trying it using a different WiFi network to see if it makes any difference? In case you don't have another network available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

Lastly, to keep investigating, include in your next response the OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.
