Spotify on my computer stops playing after 3 seconds into the song

It used to randomly stop on my spotify app on my phone too but it hasn't recently or not that ive been aware of, but my computer hasn't allowed me to play music and it always stops playing after 3 seconds, but it only shows the blue banner saying the song cannot be played sometimes, and the other times it stops and no blue banner appears, I've also tried to do all the solutions like going into the host files and uninstalling which ive done multiple times.
