Spotify only plays Local Files

My Question or Issue

My Spotify hasn't been working at all for a while now. I can still play Local Files but I don't need Spotify for that. Songs simply don't play when I click on them, they have also disappeared completely out of all my 40+ Playlists. I've never had this issue before. Look at the attachment to see what it looks like. On the Web Player everything works correctly, but a few weeks ago even there it didn't work at all. 

I already did the usual stuff like reinstalling, changing settings back and forth and so on. I really don't know what else I can do.
