Spotify opens on startup no matter what

Hello,

I've got a new laptop, installed Spotify and it opens on startup everytime even though I disabled it in Advanced Options. It doesen't show in my Task Manager in Startup section.

I'm using Windows 10.

I've read on forums that this is a bug, so I tried to do everything they recommended but it didn' work, probably because it was an article from 2017.

Have you tried to delete the spotify app?

If yes, where did you download it?

If it was the spotify website, i would recommend tha you download it again From the Microsoft store.

Hi, @levi247.

I downloaded it from the official Spotify website. Now I tried to do "clean" reinstall by deleting data on my SSD and uninstalling it in Control panel. I downloaded Spotify from the Store, restarted my laptop a few times, but it didn't help, still the same. 😞

At the moment i have no idea what could help, but hopefully somebody else from the community knows how to fix the issue.
