My Question or Issue

Hi, I copied the root folder to another location, then back, and since then the downloaded app has become quieter, but so much so that what was 30% is now 60% as loud. When I listen from a browser, 30% is 30%, not 60% as in the app

Why is the audio output via AUX cable to external speaker lower for Spotify than for YouTube or other audio platforms?  Much lower, probably 50%.  The volume slider is all the way to the right in the desktop player.  Win10 here.  Thanks in advance.

For me, the issue was with the Realtek Audio Console, which was installed alongside a GeForce driver update. Under the Speakers menu, look for 'Headphone Power' and make sure it's set to Level 3. I'm using the web version, tho.

So, this volume thing is going to continue being an issue?

I put Spotify at like 100% volume and it's still so low.

Browser is no good solution either, it lacks a lot of functionality that the desktop application has.
