Spotify restarts out as an another unpinned tab once the computer is boot up

My Question or Issue

This isn't really a major issue, but recently I have encountered something. If the Spotify app is pinned on the taskbar and then the PC is restarted (shut down also counts), it just pops the unpinned one instead.
However, it can be easily resolved by unpinning the Spotify app itself and ensured that is turned on automatically. There is also an other option by just restarting Spotify through pinned application, but it doesn't affect the settings.

I'd like to echo the sentiment that this is really annoying.  For those who have multiple taskbar apps open all the time it becomes crowded.  There should be no need for Spotify to need two taskbar tabs to play.  Thanks
