That being said, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of your device and the Spotify version you're running?

On another note, would you mind sending us a full description of what's exactly happening on your side? It'd be awesome if you could include some screenshots, so we can better visualize what you kindly mentioned.  Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
