My Question or Issue

I use Spotify 0.9.15.27. Every time I install a newer version and it loads my local songs on the hard drive, it shuts down. And start over when it starts again. That's how it goes. Have tried many different, also windows app and download from the web. Uses windows 10. No issues on Android.
Web player also work. Just can't make it play the local songs.
Also tried installing on top of the old version, it can see them but not play them. Spotify says I need to import them again? And it doesn't work either. Spotify shuts down again.
