Spotify still in Offline Mode even after Unistalling it mutiple times.

My Question or Issue
Spotify still continues to show Offline Mode even after Unistalling and Reinstalling it mutiple times, it works on Website Player but physical Desktop App, all the songs show grey ( cannot play them ). I don't know what to do.

This is also what it looks like for me.
Desktop App and Website Player
Desktop doesn't show any of my songs.
Website does though.
I also just reinstalled the desktop app too.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community.

You mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind trying with a different network, for example creating a hotspot on your phone and using that? 

On another note, we suggest that you check your firewall and make sure Spotify is set as an exception.

I managed to solve the problem.
I just had to restart my computer, as much as i hate doing that. 😒
