Spotify video songs not working

My Question or Issue

whenever i play video songs it shows up "try installing latest version" even though it is the latest version . i even tried reinstalling . And sometimes it does play but it shows a total black screen when you enter fullscreen mode .

Regarding the issue with videos, can you confirm if this is happening only on your computer or if you've noticed this behavior on a different device, such as a phone? You mention you've reinstalled the app, but have you made sure to go through the steps for a clean reinstall? This is more thorough than a regular one. 

If that doesn't do the trick, make sure to send over the exact Spotify app version you're currently running.
