Spotify will no longer open on Windows 11

I have a PC that has been operating perfectly with spotify installed up until today. I installed it by using the Downloaded Executable found on the Spotify website.

I have already tried numerous debugging steps, which are outlined in subsequent comments. I sure hope there's a fix, because this is completely unacceptable from a company like Spotify.

Hello, all this has already been done. However, I just discovered in Edge, on the splotify-web player tab (I haven't tried in another browser), click on "... Settings and more / then under Applications / then open in Spotify and it worked. PFFF
