Spotify will not work on windows phones correctly

Spotify will not work on windows phones correctly

Great to see that after Microsoft ditched Groove (that actually worked with no flaws) and suggested using the superb great Spotify **bleep** that there is now no decent music player.

I have used Spotify for over a year but only for Alexa as Groove couldn't be accessed by it and I've used Groove for a good number of years both on mobile phones and W10 pcs.

For the life of me I don't understand why push people to a streaming service that doesn't work (and is unlikely to ever work as there is no intention for spotify to sort their **bleep** out?)

When W10 users were told you need to move as we are dropping Groove, surely it should be to an app that actually works?

I have no end of problems with the app constantly 'loading' or telling me I have 'no service' when I can see I have 4G. The app only works on wifi or if you restart the phone several times a day..... this isn't a working app, this is an app riddled with bugs.

Some of peoples posts blame Microsoft for partnering up with a company that doesn't have a working app (yet happy to charge £9.99/month for said **bleep**) & dumping Groove as they won't or can't support it.

Others like myself blame Spotify..... if you are going to say you are the saviour and pretend to be a partner (if take all the credit with advertising) then step up and have the **bleep** to sort out your own app.

I have two options, ditch a handset which will it has it's issues is still a **bleep** good handset and has a great GUI or dump Spotify and go with Amazon Music, just means a whole lot of wasted time that I spent moving music & making new playlists to start again.

Spotify any feedback????

Awesome.... after posting I have now checked and Amazon Music isn't even available for W10 phones....

So I guess if you own a W10 phone, you have no option if you want a music player than to chuck it in the bin?

If anybody else can come up with another music player please reply, I'm pretty sure Spotify will not be updating or repairing the bugs ever as there are not enough people to warrant spending the money on it. Goes back to my whole issue of 'why pretend you are the dogs nuts and a partner if you won't step up and sort it out (and this is after only 21 days of groove being killed off).

Shocking behaviour...
