Spotify window shows up on my desktop and I can't scroll?

This pops up on my desktop and I can't scroll or use mouse4 & 5, does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it?

Hey, @coolrobs -

You can disable this overlay through Settings. 

On Spotify, go to Settings > Display Options and disable Show desktop overlay when using media keys;
