Spotify won't download

My Question or Issue

I've been using Spotify for over a half of a year now. Recently, everytime I boot my computer, and start Spotify it tells me that updater had problems starting and I can wait for it to try again, or just stop the process, everytime I stop it Spotify normally opens, and I can use it, but this process annoyed me everytime I booted PC, so I decided to reinstall Spotify, after I uninstalled Spotify, I rebooted my PC and downloaded the newest SpotifySetup, after the downloading line is over, downloader just shuts off and nothing happens. I have exactly the same problem. The latest update (1.0.95.289 I believe) couldn't be installed from within Spotify so I decided to uninstall it and download the latest installer. No luck. When I click on the installer nothing happens.

I have downloaded the newest "older" version of Spotify here https://spotify.en.uptodown.com/windows/old, and atleast I got it installed, did not reboot pc after isntalling it, so don't know, if it still says the update thing.
