Spotify won't launch

I recently installed Windows 10 1607 64-bit and wanted to install Spotify on it but once it installed, I cannot open the program. There is nothing in the task manager and have reinstalled it twice and restarted my PC. I have installed .NET framework, Visual C++, DirectX and all kinds of drivers.

I can only use Spotify from the web portal.

Did you download the app for desktop directly from the Spotify website, or did you download it from the Windows Store?

If you've tried one of the above and it didn't work, do you mind trying the other and seeing if that works for you?

If neither of those work, could you let us know what happens exactly when you try to open the app? Do you get any errors? Do you get a blank screen?
