Spotify wont connect to my phone and vise versa. And discord status doesn’t work

My Question or Issue

I have noticed that as of late spotify has some “missing issues” and one of them is that i cannot connect spotify to my Iphone which makes it tedious since i have to alt tab just to change a song. The other problem is the discord status doesnt work. Now Ive tried all trouble shooting steps Ive reinstalled both discord and spotify on my pc and reinstalled spotify on my phone and it still doesn’t work. I think im missing some drivers or some component on my pc but im no computer techy so I dont know what to do…

Can you confirm that you followed the steps that's provided in this article? There's some more steps to help thoroughly uninstall the app from your device, so if you haven't, we'd highly suggest it since the steps will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

Can you also provide us:

• A screen recording so that we can have a closer look directly from your end
• Which version of the app you're having
