I deleted Spotify and when I try to restore it, the setup does not open and it gives the error Spotify is already installed.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

First up, let's try removing the folders associated with the Spotify installation as described here. 

If the issue persists, could you try reinstalling the app from the Microsoft Store? If you've already tried installing it from there, we suggest that you try again from our website.

Thanks, the problem was solved when I downloaded it from the microsoft store
