Stop adding "Demo" to my playlists!

Why are "demo" songs added to my personal playlists--and how do I stop it? I want nothing added to or subtracted from my own playlists. I have deactivated the option of having additional "similar" songs added when my playlist is completed, but still I find "demos" sneaked into the playlist.)

Just to confirm, are these songs added automatically to your playlist, or are they shown as recommendations? Does this happen with all playlists or just with a specific one?

To be on the safe side, would you mind double-checking so that Smart Shuffle is turned off? You can have a look at this page for more info on how to switch it off.

Feel free to included photos or videos showing how things look from your end, should this persist, so that we can have a look as well.
