Sync between my Windows 10 app and my Android app dont work, no matter what I do

My Question or Issue

The tracks I have added to my "Liked Songs" on my Android phone is not syncing to my Windows 10 app. 

I have tried the technique of going into offline mode for a 15 minutes on both apps and then going online again. Still it does not sync. 

I hope you can help me, this is a major problem for me.
