Syncing to other devices without permission

My Question or Issue

 Every time I check my spotify when my sister is playing music in her room I notice that my account is syncing up with her roku and I even get stuck with her songs and playlists in my account. Is there any way to turn of this auto sync feature because I don't want to go from listening to my favorite song to having a quiet room when i'm really not in the mood to be messed with. I don't even know how she's connecting her spotify to mine but I am really irritated right now. I just want to listen to my music.
