My Question or Issue

I know there are a lot of these kind of posts, but none had the right answer to my problem.

Basically, the app does open but it starts blinking and closes before I can do anything. I tried re-installing, going back to old versions, running it on Admin but  nothing worked.

I had this problem for over a year now so I started using the web player, but it also started having some issues recently, like my playlists and saved albums not loading correctly.

I did a research here to see if anyone else had the same problem but I couldn't find any topic, so I'm sorry if this was already asked.

Hopefully we can find a solution!

Also, I'll leave a screenshot. What I mean by saying that the app "blinks" is that it goes from what it's shown in the SC, then goes grey, black and closes.

Thanks for posting about your issue in the Community 🙂

 

This sounds like an old ongoing issue which we recently had (here), but which should be fixed now. Could you make sure you've updated to the latest app version?

 

If it's still not working, then could you try deleting Spotify folder at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming and C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local before reinstalling the app one more time?
