The app will NOT play to "This computer" but will play to spotify connect speakers ..

My Question or Issue - Suddenly my spotify app will not output sound when I connect to the device: "This computer" (my pc speakers) - have unistalled and reinstalled (twice) -   checked my default sound devices in control panel etc. All is ok and everything else is playing fine.  The spotify web player plays through my local speakers too... but when I select device "This computer"  the player acts as though it is playing (the play time indicator moves) but no sound comes out !

Is anyone else getting this?

Please fix !
