My Question or Issue

 Whenever I shutdown my computer, I get an error message from windows stating that:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application."

I have already tried to deïnstall all Visual c++ runtimes, and reïnstalled the 2017 runtime. I have installed an older version of Spotify, but this updates automatically to the newest latest version.

How can I resolve this issue?
