The images of my playlists are not updated

I need help guys, I tried to reupload images like 3 times and they don't update… They just appear updated on my profile but when I go to the playlists they don't.

I tried it with Mac and iPhone obviously with their last Spotify version.

Hey @annanaudi

There might be an issue with your Spotify client (the Mac one) that causes this issue.

I recommend reinstalling Spotify on the Mac. Check here on how to do it!

Note: Image files must be .jpeg, max 4MB large and at least 300x300 pixels.

Well some of them have already been updated but not all of them

I realized that when I go to the link of the playlists via Google Chrome, the images are updated lol… What's wrong with Spotify?

Syncing the content updates across boards may take a little while. 🙂

Generally it should be rather quick. I know that logging out and back in on Spotify can trigger syncing, so I suggest trying that too.

You can try reinstalling, maybe that helps. Sometimes there are little errors in the program that may cause various glitches, reinstalling wipes them off. 🙂
