My Question or Issue

I have been getting the message in the header about every 50-60 tracks I play for some time. Tonight it has happened about 5 times within an hour - I click on the next song in the queue that I want to play and I get a blank black screen with the words: 'There are no songs to play in the queue.' Is anyone else getting this?

 

I am so sick of uninstalling/reinstalling so, if anyone has any answers it will be much appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community. We'll do our best to help you sort this out.

 

First up, would you mind letting us know if this is happening across all your devices? If so, could you try using a different network to see if the issue persists?

 

You can also ask a friend or a family member to log into their personal account using the affected device and see if they can replicate this.

 

Lastly, you can perform a clean reinstall. This is more thorough than a regular one and helps clearing any cache that might be causing trouble.
