This song is not available

so my spotify on my laptop(windows) come up with the error message "this song is not available. if you have the song on your computer, you can import it." for every song. the app works fine on my smartphone and i can control the music on my phone through my computer. it just wont play through my computer. the wifi is on and connected. i have switched listening devises multiple times and have updated my software before doing a full reinstallation. Help Please!
