USB Party Mix sound device skipping tracks...

I have Spotify Free... Every sound from Windows 10 to youtube and every other app works... But from spotify it just skips tracks... I set Numark party mix to be default audio device... didn't work... Spotify only works on computers high definition audio device... not from usb numark party mix controller and speakers connected to it.... any help? tried solutions googling nothing helped...

No wonder! Ok so, Who is on first base? 

I got my new active loudspeaker hooked up with my laptop win 10 and this Numark Party Mix which I'm having second thoughts as to why I even got it. So back to spotify why is it that all other streaming programs work like iheart and Netflix. Mmm! Whatever.
