Unable to customise playlist order

Version 1.1.32.618.gda5638a6 on Windows 10 PC, Premium plan

I'm unable to re-order songs in a playlist. I do not have the column sort filters enabled - there's no green arrow next to any of the column headers. Drag and Drop does nothing and there are no menu options for move up or move down etc.

Another poster, I found before signing in (after which, I Iost them) had a similar issued Spots CS was responding to.  I have the same issue. I have a premium account and I'm on a desktop. Just did it last week. I like being able to drag and reorder tunes because the algorithm for shuffling gets predictable sometimes.  I will keep an eye on your thread.
