Unable to link Spotify with XboX Game Bar (Windows 10)

My Question or Issue

I am trying for hours, been searching on community posts but still nothing helped me:

I want to link my Spotify account with XBoX Game Bar but everytime I click on ‘Link Account’ button, it does nothing, I can click on it thousand of times, wait thousands of hours but still nothing will happen. Can someone help me please?

same issue here on windows 11... when I click "link account" a continuous loading screen remains, while spotify is open and works correctly.... tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything several times but nothing
