My Question or Issue

i have been unable to use the webplayers for a few months now, it used to just give me a completely grayish (spotify background colour) screen and nothing would load after even hours of it sitting open, restarting pc, updating, different browsers (chrome and firefox were tried), incognito modes, restarting router, changing ip, flushing dns, and probably more was tried to no avail.

 

i now currently get a generic "an error has occured please reload" message which obviously doesnt help me any.

 

what makes this really confusing is that it works when im not signed in, and signing into ANY account will cause this issue to happen (was on with live support a month or 2 back and they had me try a test account only to reveal the same issue).
