Unknown 3-second clip playing before random songs

I currently use Spotify on PC on the latest version of Windows 10. I'm also using the latest version of free Spotify. Since I made my account over a year ago, a three-second snippit of an unknown song plays before random songs. In said clip, the person is playing what sounds like a fiddle, but I cannot confirm or deny. I have no idea where this clip comes from or why it's in my Spotify, but it just plays before random songs at least five times each time I listen to one of my playlists. 

This isn't a particularly annoying thing; I'd just like to know why it's happening.

The free version of Spotify is made available to everyone by using ads which will appear randomly while using the app.

Could you please tell me more about that 3 second clip, in which playlists did you hear it if you remember?

It's not an ad, I can tell you that much. It appears in playlists I created, as well as with random not-in-a-playlist songs. I know it's not an ad because there's no banner or anything, no little picture in the corner of the screen where it normally says who's behind the ad. All I can tell you is that it's a randomly triggered audio clip.
