Volume control keyboard shortcuts not working with Spotify Connect.

My Question or Issue

The volume up/down hotkeys (ctrl+UP, ctrl+DOWN) have no effect when using Spotify Connect to control playback from one Windows machine on another. Using the volume slider with a mouse is the only way to adjust playback volume on remote machine at the moment.

It is critically annoying.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start playback in Windows desktop client.

2. Start desktop client on second Windows machine and wait for Spotify Connect to detect playback on the first device.

3. Press ctrl+UP or ctlr+DOWN on the second device OR select "Playback -> Volume Up/Down" on the second device.

Expected result:

The playback volume is adjusted and the volume slider reflects the change on both devices, as it used to work earlier.

Actual result:

Volume does not change, slider position does not change on any device.
