Waiting for connection keeps appearing

It seems like I can't download the music, I can do it from my Android, but not for the desktop. I keep pressing download at all my list and just says "waiting for connection". I checked the firewall and the problem isnt there, also tried to reinstall the app, checked the offline devices and there is my phone and my laptop. I would apreciate any help.
