When I add a song on my eg iPhone, my PC (Windows 10) which is off doesn't update my songs library

My Question or Issue

When I add a song in my song library using my eg iPhone, my PC (Windows 10) which is off, doesn't update my songs library. Although when I add a song while the PC is on (and spotify open) it does update the playlist. Although, my macbook, running windows 10 even when off updates the song library. I tried a fresh reinstall and nothing changed.

I’d recommend checking out the "Downloads unexpectedly removed" section of the "Listen offline troubleshooting" support article for some more help with this.

If the article doesn't help I recommend keeping your app updated with a clean reinstall and avoiding any cache-clearing apps.
