When I go into Account Settings on desktop, it's in Swiss and not English?

When I go into Account Settings on desktop, it's in Swiss and not English?

My account's language on desktop and in the app are both set to English.
When I go into Account Settings on desktop, everything is in Swiss (I assume) and there doesn't seem to be a way to change this to English. I can't navigate this. I need to update my payment information and I can't read anything.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

This type of issue is commonly related to a different market selected on the account page itself. To check if this is your case, go to your account page and scroll all the way down. On the right-lower corner you'll find a "world" icon above "© 2023 Spotify AB". If you click on it, it will display the list of countries sorted by continent and you just need to select your country, making sure you're selecting the English version of it (if necessary).

 

If the issue persists, include in your next response a screenshot where we can see the language to have a better look at it.
