When I open Settings, all I see is the Language option

I use 1. Spotify Premium 2. in Chrome 3. on a PC.
I'm trying to normalize the volumes across all tracks I play, but when I open Settings, all I see is the Language option (see below or attachment).

In the screenshot you sent, we can see that you're using the Web Player instead of the Spotify app. Keep in mind that the Web Player has less options as it's playing directly from a web page.

In this case, we'd recommend installing the Spotify desktop app directly to have all the setting options displayed. You can install the app by following the relevant link for your device here.
