When using Discord listen along on Spotify, its lagging

3 things, (1) When using Discord listen along on Spotify, the host is either behind or in front of the person listening along. (2)I have premium and my friend doesn't so i cant host either because it makes him buy spotify when he clicks join.(3) Sometimes while listening spotify lags back to a random point in the song while the other is still listening. Its only happened to me my friend hasnt had this before. If you could fix these 3 issues that would be great.
